Digital Products & Refunds
At Squareko, all products sold through our website are digital goods, including website templates, design files, and downloadable resources. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the purchase has been completed and access has been granted.
Digital products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances, as they are delivered instantly and cannot be “un-accessed” once downloaded or shared.

By purchasing any product from Squareko, you agree to the following legally binding terms:
All designs, templates, layouts, graphics, and digital assets are copyrighted and owned by Squareko.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or claim ownership of any Squareko design or digital product.
You may not present Squareko themes or designs as your own original work.
Designers, agencies, and freelancers are strictly prohibited from promoting Squareko products as custom or self-created designs.
Squareko retains full intellectual property rights to all included files, including but not limited to Squarespace templates, graphics, Canva files, Figma files, and Photoshop files.
Sharing purchased themes or design elements with additional users, clients, or third parties is not permitted unless explicitly licensed.
Demo Content & Photography Disclaimer
All images, photographs, and visual content used in Squareko demo websites are for demonstration purposes only.
Demo photographs are copyright-protected and not licensed for use on live or client websites.
You are required to replace all demo images with your own licensed or original images before launching your website.
Squareko is not responsible for copyright violations resulting from the misuse of demo content.
